Nicole Verkindt

Nicole has had a lifelong knack for entrepreneurship. Having been raised in her family’s aerospace company, she founded her own company in the Dominican Republic to supply the family business with a lower-cost product. Her executive experience at the family firm gave her a unique view of military procurement procedures, which she leveraged by founding OMX (Offset Market Exchange), a Toronto firm that helps connect small businesses in Canada benefit from and manage military contracts.
