Pam Fanjoyis the owner of Fan/Joy, a social enterprise that uses food, community and Jr. Chef Culinary Programs to improve the physical, emotional and spiritual health of youth and families. An award winning chef, Chopped Canada Champion, Clinical Social Worker and founder of the Chestnut Collaborative Center for interdisciplinary collaborative law, Pam is integrating farm to table cuisine, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, experiential culinary events and therapeutic cooking sessions with her Jr. Chef Life Skills Program. Pam inspires positive change for teens, blended families, women in transition, LGBTQ2 youth and those who choose to beat to a different drum.
