Sandrine Tremblay is the co-President and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of Krome, a Montréal-based general contractor specializing in energy-efficient construction projects. Krome takes a fully integrated and innovative cost-effective approach to their client services and promises to turn real estate assets into profitable, eco-responsible, and sustainable investments. Sandrine co-founded the company in 2016. As the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, she is in charge of technical strategy and direction for the company. She is a mechanical engineer by training, having earned her degree at the University of Laval. Sandrine’s expertise and engaging leadership style have led the company towards great success in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and expanding Krome’s client portfolio. She is a member of EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women North America Class of 2021 for high-growth, women-founded companies. In 2022, she co-founded a mechanical contracting firm called Kolostat, which operates in Laval, Québec.
