Sarah Herr

Sarah Herr is the owner of Three Sisters Consulting in Chatham, Ontario. Three Sisters Consulting has three areas of focus: Indigenous Set Aside Tendering opportunities, Indigenous communities and organizations, and inclusive work environments. Sarah is from Turtle Clan, Lenape of Delaware Nation in southwestern Ontario. She founded her company in 2018 after she learned her family’s history in residential schools and decided to focus on Indigenous engagement. Three Sisters Consulting is listed in the Native Women’s Association of Canada’s #BeTheDrum Indigenous Business Women’s Directory. Sarah is a board member of both the Southern First Nations Secretariat and the Canadian Mental Health Association, Lambton Kent chapter.
