Dr. Sarah Saska

Dr. Sarah Saska is the progressive mind behind Feminuity. As co-founder and CEO of Feminuity, Saska partners with leading technology startups through Fortune 500s to build diverse teams, equitable systems, and inclusive products and company cultures. Over the years, Saska has contributed her prominent insights to the growing body of research relating to diversity, equity and inclusion in the Canadian tech sector. She has extensive experience with LGBTQ+ communities, women’s rights and gender equality, and has worked with various NGOs, nonprofits and women’s funds. Saska has spoken internationally at global tech conferences and is a TEDx speaker. She has also been twice named among the Women’s Executive Network’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada.
