Shastri Ramnath

Shastri Ramnath is a a geoscientist and the co-founder of Orix Geoscience, a geological firm that provides geological expertise and strategy to mining firms of all sizes. Since it’s beginning in 2012, Orix has quickly grown it’s team to 60 employees within three offices between Manitoba and Ontario. Shastri brings over 19 years of global experience within the exploration and mining industry to the Orix team. Alongside her co-founder, Shastri was nominated for the RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year for Canada. More recently, Shastri co-founded Exiro Minerals, a junior exploration company focused on project generation that combines technology with traditional exploration methodologies.
