Sylvie Lavigne

Sylvie Lavigne is the co-founder and Vice President of XpertSea, a company that develops AI technology for data collection in the aquaculture industry. Sylvie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Laval. She co-founded XpertSea with her daughter Valérie Robitaille, who is a marine biologist. Sylvie brings a wealth of executive and operational experience to XpertSea. In 2021, XpertSea won the Trading Solution of the Year award from AgTech, an organization that recognizes the best agricultural and food technology companies around the world.
