A licensed pharmacist with a love of learning, a Master’s degree in metabolic and nutritional medicine and a brain fitness certification, Tara Maltman-Just founded Vitality Integrative Medicine to provide counselling and treatment strategies on a wide variety of health issues. She counsels patients in a one-on-one practice model which allows her to provide a highly tailored strategy for success. Her philosophy of care emphasizes treating the whole person, not just the health issue or disease.
