Trish Mandewo

Trish Mandewo is the president and co-founder of Synergy On Boards Consulting Group and the co-founder of the Women’s Collaborative Hub. An accomplished diversity and inclusion strategist with a love of governance, she co-founded her consultancy to help Black, Indigenous and other visible minority women be board ready and help bridge the gap of diversified voices in the boardroom. She is the author of Growth Strategies For The Hungry Entrepreneur, a mentor, inspirational speaker, and an elected official for the City of Coquitlam. In recognition of her work, Trish has received numerous awards including 2017 RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrant.
