Vicki Melo is the founder and baker at Sugar Mama Cookie Company, which started as a home-based cookie business and has grown into a city-wide delivery service. She currently operates a storefront in St. Boniface, Manitoba, offering 15 cookie flavors, custom orders, catering, and a subscription box service. The business empowers women in Winnipeg by an emphasis on employing women and has benefited from the support and loyalty of Winnipeggers.
