If you were to contact CRW Design in Toronto, they are a women-owned and run clothing manufacturer that did my skating practice wear and they do all kinds of different garments. Ask to speak with Nikki or Shelly.

Conversely, you could reach out to Redwood Classics apparel is who *used* to do Roots stuff and they are more or less down the street from CRW in Scarborough/Markham. If they had an already existing garment that you liked I know they do off-label stuff.
