Adele Spraggon is a speaker, behavioural change expert and award-winning author, helping people smash through barriers and radically transform their lives. In her role as founder and CEO of Shaped Within Ltd., Spraggon created a four-step solution designed to break entrepreneurs out of self-defeating behaviours and actions that keep them from generating clients and sales. Before taking on this hugely successful role, Spraggon had quit three businesses due to her poor decision-making.
