When Marsha first came to Canada as a child, she was diagnosed with anemia, unaware that it was a symptom of Celiac Disease. After suffering from related symptoms for a number of years, she was motivated to make a change to her nutrition when she became a mother. After enrolling in the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, she launched Eat for Life by Marsha, an online community featuring articles and recipes that are gluten and dairy-free. Marsha is continuing to pursue nutritional education, and is studying to become a Certified Nutritional Consultant. She hopes to use her gifts, talents, and knowledge to empower Canadians to maintain a nutritional healthy eating lifestyle.
