Chloe Dusser

Chloe Dusser is the Director of Wee Wild Ones, a childcare center that offers inquiry-based learning through play, nature, and movement in Calgary, Alberta. Since Chloe founded the company in 2013, Wee Wild Ones operates two centers that comprise over 100 employees and care for over 600 children. Chloe runs the company with the mission of sustainability, community, diversity, and inclusion. She believes that eco-responsibility should be at the forefront of any industry, which is why her company’s educational programs focus on nature as a learning tool. In 2021, Chloe was recognized in Avenue Calgary’s 40 Under 40. Her leadership at Wee Wild Ones was also noted by Great Place to Work, which named the company among the Best Workplaces Managed by Women in 2021.
