Agnes P. Miranda

Agnes P. Miranda received her first job as a junior accounting clerk the day after arriving in Canada in 1966. Back then, she was a new immigrant and 20-something university graduate. Today, she is a highly recognized financial expert and the co-founder and executive chairman of the World Financial Group (WFG). Since 2001, WFG has helped more than 4.6 million families prepare for their financial futures. In addition to being a sharp business thinker, Miranda is also passionate about being involved in her community. Some of the events she has produced include fashion shows, pageants, and other cultural events in Toronto. In 2017, Miranda was recognized as one of RBC’s Top 25 Canadian Immigrants.
