Alexa Monahan, alongside her business partner Lisa Karandat are the co-founders of Good Juju Body & Home, a line of environmentally friendly everyday essentials. They started the company to inspire and empower people to make small changes in their daily routines to have a positive impact on the environment, and to create a more sustainable business model. They are proud of the company’s focus on tackling the climate crisis and promoting diversity and inclusion. They believe that carbon offsets are not enough, and want to inspire both consumers and businesses to do better. They advise aspiring entrepreneurs to find a partner with shared values to work with, and to take care of themselves as running a business is an endurance sport. If they had an extra hour in the day, they would use it for self-care.
