Alwar Pillai

Alwar Pillai is the founder and CEO of Fable, an online platform that companies use to test their digital products with people with disabilities. Fable streamlines the product development process by undertaking tester recruitment, technical support, and compensation for testers so that companies, organizations, and governments can focus on research to optimize products and tools. Alwar is driven by a passion to create technology that is universally accessible for the wide spectrum of end users. Prior to launching Fable, Alwar earned her Masters of Inclusive Design and worked as an accessibility expert for the Ontario Ministry of Education before leading digital accessibility at Rogers Communications.
