Celina Caesar-Chavannes is a former federal politician, published author, mental health advocate, Senior Advisor for EDI Initiatives and Adjunct Lecturer at Queen’s University, and the founder and Principal Consultant at Black Gecko Consulting Group. With an MBA in Healthcare Management and an additional Executive MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management, Celina started Black Gecko after leaving public office in 2019. She offers executive coaching, as well as consulting services on organizational psychology, strategy, and equity, diversity, and inclusion. Celina is a highly sought-after speaker and is a frequent commentator in the media on issues of mental health, politics, and issues of race, equity, and justice in Canadian society.
