Aman Dosanj

Aman is the founder of The Paisley Notebook, an “edible storytelling” company that offers pop-up dinners touting edible adventures. Aman left the backbreaking work of the conventional food and restaurant industry behind her to set out on her own project. Her ticketed events offer surprise menus featuring seasonal and locally-sourced Canadian ingredients, and challenges diners to think about the shared experience of food. Aman also offers private dinners, catering, and collaborations with restaurants across Canada looking to attract customers to a unique food experience.
