Amanda began her yoga journey while living in Toronto. She sought out yoga and meditation to help her manage anxiety, and was hooked. She pursued teacher training in Baja, Mexico and returned to her hometown in New Brunswick to teach classes. She owns Pure Balance Yoga which, in addition to yoga classes, offers Reiki, Sound Healing, Sports Nutrition Consulting, and Yoga for Mood Management, PTSD and Wellness Consulting. Having benefited from yoga herself, Amanda aspires to spread healing to the local community.
