Amy Friesen

Amy Friesen is the Founder and CEO of Tea & Toast Inc. The company was started in response to an increase in confusion surrounding the retirement industry, where seniors and their families were struggling to match their needs to what retirement homes were offering. Amy and her team of consultants specialize in retirement and long-term care home search. She was the recipient of The Good Companions Corporate Engagement Award of Excellence, and the Women’s Business Network’s Emerging Entrepreneur Businesswomen of the Year Award. She’s also been named to Ottawa Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40.
