Marie St-Gelais is an Innu engineer from the Pessamit community and a leader at Ashini Consultants, where she has focused for the past five years on growing the firm and supporting its structural and civil engineering team in delivering projects. With over 12 years of experience as a project manager and design engineer, she has worked across the mining, construction, and building sectors. Her expertise includes structural and civil engineering design, bridge and steel/wood structure calculations, multidisciplinary team leadership, project management, and environmental risk management and compliance.
