Anne-Marie Deslauriers

Anne-Marie Deslauriers is the founder and former President of DELAN, a leading IT recruitment agency based in Quebec. She began her career in recruitment with a degree in management from Concordia University and now has over 25 years of experience in the field. In 1997, she and her partner Louise Laniel founded DELAN and the company has grown and evolved into a successful business with over 22 employees. Anne-Marie values family and community, and has passed the leadership of the company to her son Jean-Francois Charpentier in 2022, and also actively participates in various industry organizations such as CCMM, RFAQ, AQT, TEC Canada, and the Réseau Action TI. She has spoken at various WEConnect International and WBE Canada conferences. Anne-Marie was selected as a WBE Leader in 2021 by The Women’s Enterprise Organization of Canada.
