Chef Ilona Daniel

Chef Ilona Daniel is a food writer and editor, chef instructor, and branding developer in Charlottetown, PEI. She offers her services through Tribe Fresh Events and Consulting, which is built on her extensive experience in the culinary arts, hospitality, and tourism. Chef Ilona is trained in culinary operations and education. She holds two culinary management diplomas from Niagara College and Holland College, as well as a Master of Education from the University of Prince Edward Island. She has worked as an Executive Chef to the Lieutenant Governor of PEI and a food writer for SaltWire Network and Harrowsmith Magazine. In addition to running her business, she is currently a chef instructor at Holland College, where she teaches the Red Seal Trades.
