Bailey Parnell

Bailey Parnell is the founder & CEO of SkillsCamp, an award-winning soft skills training company that works with businesses and educational institutions to help their staff and students develop the essential skills they need for personal and professional success. She is an accomplished digital marketer, TEDx speaker, and businesswoman with a talent for helping people and brands improve storytelling. She is also the founder of the #SafeSocial organization, which is focused on providing tools and strategies to make social media safer for everyone. Bailey is an honours graduate of the RTA School of Media majoring in Media Production and double-minoring in News Studies and English and completed her Master’s in Communications and Culture at the Toronto Metropolitan University. She was named a Rising Leader by the Universal Women’s Network, one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women, and her expertise has been featured in Forbes, CBC, FOX News, and Flare Magazine.
