Bella Onay

Bella Onay is the founder of MOM2MOM BIZ, a thriving online community for female entrepreneurs based in Oakville, Ontario. Bella’s journey started when she left her 20-year career in international banking to raise her family. She realized that many women were facing the same work-life balance challenges. Bella started an e-commerce business as a side hustle during her second maternity leave and felt a strong need to connect with other women on a similar journey. When her search for female-based entrepreneurial networks came up short, she decided to create her own and founded MOM2MOM BIZ. Today, the online community boasts over 4,000 members and offers a supportive network for women entrepreneurs to meet, network, give business referrals, provide support, and motivate each other. In 2022, she was awarded the prestigious Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee Pin by The Honourable MP Anita Anand.
