Bethany McNeill is the founder and CEO of MB Pension and Benefits Group, a Vancouver-based startup providing comprehensive evaluations for employee-centric businesses. As a group and pensions consultant, McNeill has represented hundreds of Contractors from across the country in advising them on the most strategic options for their benefits program. When consulting with Canada’s top employers, McNeill is especially keen on helping them tie in their group benefits with a solid corporate mental health strategy.
