Betsy Campos is the founder of Ūnika Swim, a Toronto-based luxury swimwear brand established in 2018. Her vision for the company was to create swimsuits for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes that empower and make them feel confident. All of their products are handmade by a small team in an open-concept studio, unlike fast fashion and overseas manufacturing. Betsy Campos, a Canadian of Brazilian heritage, was inspired by Brazil’s beachwear culture, where everyone wears their swimwear confidently. She wanted to encourage women to reflect their uniqueness and feel confident in their choices. Betsy traveled extensively to source unique and quality stretch fabrics from around the world to give her clients a wide selection and the quality they deserve.
