Elise Ahenkorah founded inclusion FACTOR based on her 15 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy development. The Calgary-based consulting firm adheres to the following principle: what gets measured gets done. inclusion FACTOR works with North American organizations to create measurable diversity, equity, and inclusion tactics aligned with critical business outcomes. Elise grew her business successfully by reaching a network of 7500 people across Canada, including clients like Saje Natural Wellness, the City of Toronto, and the Law Society of Saskatchewan. As of 2022, Elise has spoken at 27 conferences and roundtable discussions, and her work at inclusion FACTOR has been recognized by the Calgary Chamber of Commerce’s TD Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Award.
