The company’s founder and Chief Growth Officer is Stephanie Clark, a business growth specialist with over 27 years of experience in business consultation. As an entrepreneur herself, Stephanie is passionate about helping others build their organizations while being people-centered. That is why she founded the Blue Door Group in 2018. Her company’s goal is to engage, empower, and educate their clients. The Blue Door Group provides coaching programs that aim to develop corporate culture and measure organizations’ success. Their mantra, “measure what you treasure,” motivates clients to keep moving forward with their business goals. Along with her business partner Jennifer Montgomery, Stephanie accepted the Family Business Association – Atlantic Award for Business Women of the Year in 2021.
