Heather Jeffery

From working as a graphic designer at a local retail boutique, Heather Jeffery has established herself as the founder, CEO, and design and production lead at Re4m in Ottawa. Re4m (pronounced “reform”) is a corporation that makes eco-friendly custom interior furnishings, displays, fixtures, and products. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from Carleton University, specializing in sustainable design. Since being founded in 2016, Re4m has worked with over 76 businesses, made over 215 sustainable products, and rescued more than 9000 pounds of landfill material. Awarded with a BMO Celebrating Women Grant in 2022, Heather has led her company to make tremendous strides in Ottawa’s commercial waste sector.
