Brenda is the founder of the Avant Garden Shop in downtown Peterborough. Catering to the local population and the Kawartha tourists and cottagers, the boutique sells a number of outdoor functional and decorative items to enhance the Kawartha outdoor living experience. Brenda supports local artists and suppliers as much as possible, sourcing unique handmade items as well as fair trade items from abroad. Brenda prides herself on her wide range of distinctive and unique items, both for outside the home and for gifting.
