Top of the Line Catering specializes in Traditional First Nation Cuisine. What began as a one-person operation making cupcakes has now grown into a local success story with many employees. Owner Carmen Alec-Charlie now caters corporate and special events in the Burns Lake area and surrounding six (6) First Nation communities. Her culinary inspiration stems from her carrier culture upbringing, from berry picking, to salmon harvest, and hunts for wild game: moose, elk, and bear. Top of the Line Catering was recently awarded the Outstanding Business Achievement Award as part of the 2020 Indigenous Business Awards.
