Cadleen Désir is an early childhood educator and the founder and CEO of Déclic, an organization that provides families with health and education services for children with special needs. Déclic provides an interdisciplinary array of services with its team of psychoeducators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, remedial teachers, and autism specialists. The organization describes itself as a gateway to inclusion that strives to decentralize power and recognize the talent and leadership potential of each individual person. Cadleen’s professional background culminates in over 20 years in health and education. In 2022, she won the BMO Celebrating Women Grant, and she currently sits as a council member for the Order of Montreal.
