Carissa Caruk-Ganczar

Carissa Caruk-Ganczar is the owner of The Hubs Manitoba, an organization focused on supporting the establishment and growth of entrepreneurs and small businesses in rural and northern communities. The program is divided into three key areas: creating a sustainable economic development model, connecting women entrepreneurs across Manitoba, and providing professional coaching services. The team is fully based in rural and northern communities and understands the unique needs and opportunities that their clients are facing. The program currently has two physical Hubs located in Dauphin and Flin Flon, Manitoba. In addition to coaching, connections, and coworking services, the program works closely with other business support providers to connect clients to valuable resources. Carissa is a recipient of the 2022 Business Person of the Year Award from the Parkland Chamber of Commerce.
