Desirée Bombenon

Desiree is the co-owner and CEO of SureCall, a contact centre that offers a wide array of customer contact services including multilingual inbound and outbound customer support, inbound sales and order processing, and outbound sales and telemarketing. Desiree works to earn the trust of the businesses they serve by integrating staff into the organization in order to best understand the organization to act on their behalf. Desiree is also the founder of Desiree Imports, after her passion for fine wine coupled with her business acumen turned into a venture. After becoming a sommelier to enhance her knowledge overall, Desirée started importing unique wines into the Canadian market.
