Caroline Rutledge

BC’s Comox Valley is home to the team at CORE Landscape Products, a wholesale building materials manufacturer founded by Caroline Rutledge. Caroline is a Restoration of Natural Systems Technician and Fisheries Biologist. She has over 25 years of knowledge and experience in land development and fish habitat restoration, which she uses to carry her company’s vision of sustainability. CORE Landscape Products promises to use local ingredients and recycled products in its landscaping solutions. Caroline herself works closely with engineers and architects to incorporate sustainability into the planning and material supply stages of their projects. Founded in 2010, CORE Landscape Products has been met with high-profile success, such as features on Kate Hudson’s episode of Property Brothers: Celebrity IOU, and a BMO Celebrating Women Grant in 2022.
