Jill Doucette

Jill Doucette is the founder and Executive Director of the Synergy Foundation, a non-profit organization that focuses on innovative projects and businesses that focus on eco-responsibility and sustainability. Jill created the foundation in 2013 through her main company, Synergy Enterprises, an environmental consulting agency for clients looking to integrate sustainability into their business strategies. Jill is a leader in sustainable entrepreneurship. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Victoria, where she started Synergy in her fourth year. Jill’s work at the Synergy Foundation earned her the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce’s Businessperson of the Year Award in 2022.
