Carly Holm

Carly Holm is a Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience. She began her career with Merrill Lynch’s Bay Street HR team after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management, then moved to the US to work for Bank of America, and later returned to Canada to join CIBC’s HR team in a senior position. In 2015, Carly left her corporate role and started her own business, Humani HR, which provides strategic Human Resources support to emerging companies in Canada and the US. She covers all industries and specializes in organizational design, compensation, and the numbers behind a business’s bottom line. Carly is a mother of three boys and enjoys her morning cup of coffee everyday. Being a mentee of Charline McKissick, she believes that the future of the HR function is evolving, and might be known as people operations, people champions, culture & talent champions, or partner resources among others.
