Sharecuterie is an Indigenous, celiac, and woman-owned artisanal charcuterie catering business located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The company’s owner is Cassandra Carreiro, who launched Sharecuterie in October 2020. Cassandra is passionate about food culture and the way that food can bring people together. She became an entrepreneur after leaving her career in psychiatric nursing, and has found success operating a popular small business in Manitoba. The items on Sharecuterie’s boards are locally sourced or purchased from local businesses in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba. Sharecuterie also offers private charcuterie classes from their food artists. In 2021, Cassandra represented her business at the Prairies Pow Wow Pitch, where she was a semi-finalist.
