Cindy Lee

Cindy Lee is the founder of T & T Supermarket, the largest Asian supermarket chain in Canada. The chain is headquartered in Vancouver and operates stores throughout Canada in Ontario, Québec, Alberta, and BC. Cindy founded T & T in 1993 as a Taiwanese-Canadian immigrant and working mother of three who wanted to provide families with fresh Asian food and groceries. The chain has enjoyed immense success and growth throughout its 30-year history. Cindy is a recognized woman entrepreneur in Canada, engaging in Canada-China Trade Talks with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and visiting the White House in 2017. Cindy’s company is named after her two daughters, Tiffany and Tina. T & T was acquired by Loblaw Companies Limited in 2009, but the leadership remains in Cindy’s family, with Tina now serving as CEO.
