Isabelle Côté

If there is one word to describe Isabelle Côté, it is “passionate.” Isabelle is the President and CEO of construction company Coffrages Synergy Formwork, and she has established herself as a leader in the Canadian construction industry. Recognized as one of eight names in EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year – Quebec in 2022, Isabelle is an advocate for women’s entrepreneurship and leadership. She oversees a team of over 1500 employees at Coffrages Synergy Formwork, fostering a people-oriented culture in her company. Over the course of 16 years, Isabelle has been instrumental in Synergy’s growth, establishing 60 work sites in Quebec and Ontario.
