Cristen DiCarolis Dallas comes from a long line of bakery, deli and pizzeria owners, so you could say she has pizza in her veins. Shortly after moving to Victoria with her family, Dicarolis Dallas and her husband and partner, Geoffrey Dallas decided to open a neighborhood pizzeria. DeCarolis has often been described as the nicest person you’ve ever met, but without a doubt she has her hands in every aspect of the business. Her favorite part of being with Prima Strada is that she gets to work with an amazing team that is always focused on doing their very best.
