Darcy Granove

Darcy Granove is the founder and CEO of Little Bluestem Landscape Architecture, a company that specializes in place-based design. With two decades of experience in landscape architecture, design, and enhancement, Darcy has been recognized as a leader in her field, receiving numerous awards and accolades such as the 2021 Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award (WEYA) by Women Business Owners of Manitoba. She is also active in community service, serving on various committees and as a sessional instructor at the University of Manitoba. Darcy and her team of six women are dedicated to connecting people to their environment through holistic design solutions. Their work includes community consultation, design, planning, and project management for all-season recreational amenities and iconic destination branding. At Little Bluestem, everything is rooted in community, with a focus on leaving a positive impact.
