Zahra Al-Harazi

Zahra Al-Harazi was just 24 when she immigrated to Canada from Yemen with her three young children. She had survived two civil wars. Though Al-Harazi had no education and few connections back then, she had the drive to succeed. Today she is the co-founder of Skillit, a marketplace for sharing knowledge and building skills. Al-Harazi is also a consultant who has worked with thousands of leaders to drive change within their organizations. For her pioneering efforts, Al-Harazi has been named one of Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40, Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by Chatelaine magazine, and one of Canada’s 100 most powerful women by WXN. As a speaker, Al-Harazi has spoken to audiences in more than 20 countries.
