Dav Lotay

Dav Lotay is the chef behind Vegnola, an award-winning veggie-infused granola. She is also the founder of Good People Foods. During her pregnancy, Dav craved snack foods that were also nutritious and found the selection wanting. Being comfortable and creative in the kitchen, Dav decided to experiment with different ingredients and flavours. She began selling her product at a local farmer’s market and soon began distributing to local retailers. Her products are available in a number of local and major retailers in Manitoba, and available direct to consumers across Canada online.
