Dinah is one of 4 investors and co-owners of Patent 5 , a craft distillery in Winnipeg. Patent 5 puts a unique spin on traditional spirits, using vapours to flavour gin as opposed to putting alcohol in direct contact with botanicals and incorporating prairie-grown ingredients. A pharmacist by trade, Dinah is also a keen salesperson and is involved with the promotion of the distillery which opened in 2019. Dinah often represents the company at markets and events.
