After moving to a farm outside Fergus Ontario, Elisabeth quickly became drawn to working the land. She and her partner planted 150 nut and fruit trees as an experiment and were surprised to find they grew well. Elisabeth found she had a knack and a joy for roasting nuts, experimented with roasting nuts using maple syrup and creating flavoured nuts naturally. Her unique roasting process has a patent pending, and allows her to create a variety of exciting and delicious flavours. Her products can be found in dozens of retailers in the south, central, and eastern Ontario.
