Emilie de Rosenroll

Emilie de Rosenroll is an award-winning executive and founder with over 15 years of experience working and developing partnerships across sectors, creating value for stakeholders, and a focus on solutions delivering impact powered by her passion and curiosity. Emilie is the founding CEO of South Island Prosperity Partnership, an organization that works with companies that are looking to expand or relocate business operations to Victoria and the South Vancouver Island region. She also leads the Centre of Ocean Applied Sustainable Innovation and has worked with the Indigenous Prosperity Centre. She has been awarded the 2022 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Social Change Award for Regional Impact, and the 2022 Victoria Community Leadership Award for Belonging & Engagement for her work as a ”visionary and collaborative leader who harnesses the energy of others to help inform her transformative work to ensure an equitable, resilient, and robust economy in our region.”
