Kailey Gilchrist

Kailey Gilchrist is the founder and CEO of NONA Vegan Foods, a brand creating plant-based alternatives to popular and classic Italian recipes. Inspired by the time she spent in the kitchen with her mother while growing up, she started NONA Vegan Foods in 2013 with her first smash hit product, a vegan alfredo sauce. Since then the company’s product line has expanded to include five main plant-based Italian sauces which are offered in leading grocery retail chains and health food stores across Canada and the US. All the sauces are non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher, and keto-friendly making Kailey’s products a rare find. She has been recognized for her entrepreneurial work and certified as a diverse supplier by Canada’s LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce, where she is a member and was awarded their LGBT+ Exporter of the Year Award in 2021.
